From the food to the ambience, you helped create a memorable atmosphere. You worked well with the outside groups involved (DJ, Casino) and were completely accommodating to changing ideas and had tons of great ideas yourselves.
When we approached other catering companies with our ideas (evening, food passed around, no receiving line, no cake, ‘clubish’ look, casino etc) the reaction was always the same: A stunned look followed by…”well, this is how MOST people do it” and would follow up with the same traditional wedding which isn’t us. When we came to you, we felt that you were actually excited about what we wanted to do and offered nothing but support and encouragement to see that happen.
As far as the night was concerned, Laura and her crew really did a great job. The food was amazing and we loved how you put the extra food out at the end. The satellite bar was our favourite touch. I thought it was going to be just a table but it was a cool looking bar (in combination with the up-lighting) that totally added to our club-like look.

The food…We have had so many compliments about the food. The hors d’oeuvres were amazing, people said the tenderloin was the best steak they had ever had, they loved the potato bar, the seafood bar, the grill station, actually they loved and commented on everything.
