Your advise on how to handle a delicate situation was much appreciated and wont be forgotten. Hopefully my recommendations will attest to how much everything was appreciated. You wowed everyone over 100% from the hall, food and your terrific staff. They were so helpful and thoughtful. Many guests have commented on how wonderfully treated they were. We could not have been more pleased with everything you did for us... you were exemplary. Not only you were right on time, giving us nothing to worry about, but the food was excellent. Our guests complemented on how the food was all night long..bravo! One of my only regrets, about the wedding was that I couldn’t force myself to eat more. You were one of many huge successes on our big day, and we thank you and especially thanks for all the care you took in dealing with Laura’s food allergies—everything was perfect! If we ever in the position we will wholeheartedly recommend you!
