What is Vegan?
Vegan food is made entirely from plants, and excludes all animal products and by-products. This includes meat, poultry, fish, dairy, eggs, and honey. Nuts are often used to build flavours and textures, if you or a guest has a nut allergy some substitutions can be made.

Throughout the year some ingredients are more flavourful and nutritious because of outside factors like the weather, season and their ability to be grown locally. Some of our menu may change to accommodate our chance to use these ingredients.

While some of our menu choices may contain different allergens, we at Culinary Catering always have your dietary needs at the top of our priorities. We are not a certified allergy free kitchen but that won’t stop us from creating a new way to accommodate your favourite dish. While some items cannot have substitutions we will try our best to work with you.
